This project included a 900,000 SF renovation to the existing Sands Convention Center located in the Venetian and Palazzo Hotel/ Casino convention area. Strategic scheduling and phasing were done throughout this project in order to accomplish the remodel within an eight-month time frame. The construction work had to accommodate on-going conventions that were held throughout the duration of the project.
